1.1 Are all the items on the website also available in your store?

Yes, we try to keep our website as up-to-date as possible.

1.2 Do you have preorder special Nike shoes?

No, we do not carry Nike shoes.

1.3 Do you sell longboards?

Not in general. If there's something you're looking for in particular, let us know and we can special order it for you.

1.4 Can you special order an item for me?

In most cases, yes. 

1.5 Do you have helmets and/or other protective gear?

Yes, you can check our website for availability at Accessories > Protective Gear.

2.1 Are you open?

Yes, we are open 12pm-7pm everyday at our Greenlake Aurora location. Our downtown location is closed.

We ship orders Monday-Friday.

2.3 How do I order for pick-up?

If you'd like to pick it up, select "pick up in store" as your shipping method. For contactless curbside pick-up, please call our shop phone at (206) 930-8851 when you arrive and we will bring your order to our front porch. Pickups will be at the Aurora location.

2.4 When can I pick up my order?

We can fill your order easily within minutes. You may pick up your order anytime between 12pm-7pm everyday at our Greenlake Aurora location.

2.5 Can you assemble the board for me?

Yes, it would be our pleasure! If placing an online order, include in the notes "please assemble". It will take about 20 minutes to set up your complete once your order has been placed. 

2.6 Can you ship international?

Yes! Place your order and select “International Shipping” at checkout. After weighing and packaging your items, we will determine the shipping costs and send you a PayPal invoice. Once the invoice is paid, we will ship and email your tracking number.

We are not responsible for shipping delays or customs fees.

2.7 I want and/or my child wants to start skateboarding. What should I get?

You will need the following parts: deck (1), trucks (2), wheels (1), bearings (1), hardware (1), grip tape (1). The sizes will depend on preference, foot size, and where you want to skate.

2.8 What happened to the old Black Market in downtown?

It is still under same ownership!
